The Eagles don't appear to be planning to start McNabb, and would go with Kevin Kolb again while installing a "10-play package" for Michael Vick. Philly hosts Kansas City, but Kolb will remain a poor QB1 bet. He threw for 391 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against New Orleans, but got most of his numbers in "catch-up" mode and threw three picks. It still makes sense to sit McNabb in the winnable game with the Eagles going on a bye in Week 4.

</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Don't expect McNabb to suit up. The Eagles have a bye in Week 4 so if he sits out this week he will have a full three weeks off. Kevin Kolb will likely start again this week and Michael Vick, fresh off his suspension, will be used often in the Wildcat according to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio.

</TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top colSpan=3>Eagles coach Andy Reid said Wednesday that he expects both Donovan McNabb (ribs) and Brian Westbrook (ankle) to play Sunday against the Bucs.
These two have been targeting Week 5 all along and took the entire bye week off to get healthy. They have a great matchup against Tampa's No. 31 overall defense, but expect LeSean McCoy to rotate in for Westbrook a decent amount. Kevin Kolb, who shined in the two games McNabb missed, will likely be the third quarterback. Wildcat specialist Michael Vick will be the No. 2.

Donovan McNabb - QB - Eagles McNabb will wear flak jacket again
The jacket didn't bother McNabb at all last week as he went deep often and even scrambled twice. Coach Andy Reid said McNabb's ribs are a little sore, but that the quarterback is getting close to 100 percent. Consider McNabb a very solid QB1 play against the Raiders Sunday. October 17
